Data is shared exclusively with licensed payment gateways (e.g., Nalo Solutions) and telecommunications partners solely to fulfill payment settlement and vote authorization. We may also disclose data when required by court orders or lawful government inquiries.

4. Data Retention and Voting Integrity

Financial records, payment reference codes, and vote logs are kept in an immutable ledger for audit, legal, and financial reporting purposes. Confirmed vote records cannot be modified or deleted post-event because they form the legal basis of official contest results.

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit and secure database configurations for data at rest. While we maintain strict protective controls, no web transmission is completely immune to unforeseen external threats.
