Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

VotePlus is an event voting platform operated by TravelPlus EduConcepts ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our platform, purchasing votes, or creating an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Voting and Refunds

  • All vote purchases are final, immediate, and non-refundable once payment is processed by the payment provider.
  • Refunds will only be issued in confirmed cases of duplicate billing caused by platform-side system glitches, verified by our technical team.
  • VotePlus reserves the right to audit, flag, or invalidate votes reasonably suspected of fraud, including botting, script automation, or unauthorized payment methods. Invalidated votes will be excluded from public tallies without refund.
  • Event organizers cannot directly edit, modify, or manually inject vote tallies. All result queries must be handled through our verified ledger system.

3. Payments and Processing

Payments are handled via licensed third-party payment gateways supporting Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AT) and debit or credit cards. VotePlus is not responsible for transaction delays, network timeouts, or failures caused by telecommunications providers, banks, or gateway disruptions, though we will assist in verifying uncredited transactions.

4. Event Organizers

  • Organizers represent and warrant that they possess all required rights, licenses, and permissions for the contests, names, logos, and images submitted to VotePlus.
  • VotePlus reviews all incoming event applications and reserves the right to reject or suspend any event at our sole discretion.
  • Payout schedules, platform service fees, and financial settlement terms are established in writing between the organizer and TravelPlus EduConcepts prior to event activation.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to run fraudulent contests, impersonate individuals or entities, exploit USSD/API endpoints, or execute denial of service attacks against our infrastructure. Violations will result in immediate account termination and legal escalation where applicable.

6. Limitation of Liability

VotePlus and TravelPlus EduConcepts provide the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed under applicable law, we accept no liability for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from platform downtime or third-party network outages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
